Welcome to 7th Grade Language Arts!
If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you. If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you.
Week of March 16, 2020:
Welcome to our Distance Learning Classroom!
This week & next (March 23) we will be reading the novel "When You Reach Me." You will find it on our 7th Grade Google Site (Distance Learning), with the assignments, under 7th Grade ELA.
The novel is posted there, along with the daily assignments for the novel.
There are 5 lessons. Each lesson will last 2 days.
I also posted the assignments day by day on our new WIKI Page, "When You Reach Me."
This novel and its assignments will be our Language Arts lessons this week & next (March 30) as they incorporate both reading and writing.
Do your vocabulary for this week (tract). Please do your 11 sentences. You can bring them to class when we return, or email them to me.
As of now, we'll do the Vocabulary Quizzes when you return. If there are any changes to our plans, I'll let you know from this page.
(The Week of March 30, 2020), you will work on The Watsons Go To Birmingham packet I gave you in class. I will remind you on this page next week. Do not work on it until the week of March 30.
If you don't have your book, the entire novel can be found on our "The Watsons Go To Birmingham" WIKI Page.
Foundations Classes - Day A & B - This week (Mar. 16) & next (Mar. 23)you will be working on the novel, "When You Reach Me" with your daily Language Arts Class. Read the chapters one day, the assignments the next day.

Your Class Code is: 7cnwht3 (Code Change)
If you need to ask me a question, email me and I will get back to you ASAP. I'll be monitoring the class on our Go Guardian account.
Hang in there! This is a new and ever-evolving situation for all of us, and we'll get through it together! No worries!
